Energy Exchange: * $80 for the 5 sessions and Sally’s Book Ruth: A Romance with Destiny (required).
There will be a 25-minute teaching followed by a 50-55 minute yoga session. Class will start at 6:30 pm.
Bring your own mat or we have mats available at the Studio.
